Consultations and enrollment

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee enrollment or reserve a schedule. Program scope, dates, format, payment terms, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before training begins.

Payment

Private sessions and program payments are due according to the written invoice or enrollment agreement. Installment plans, when offered, do not reduce the total program commitment. A place is not secured until the required payment is received.

Scheduling and cancellations

Students should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a private session. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged or counted as used, except where an emergency or written agreement applies. Academy cancellations are rescheduled without penalty to the student.

Program duration

Programs have defined durations, instructional hours, and completion points. Unused sessions do not automatically extend a program. Additional training, mentorship, or project support is purchased separately unless included in writing.

Creative work and results

Students retain ownership of their original work. Students are responsible for having permission to use samples, recordings, images, and other third-party material. Training provides education and professional guidance, but no specific artistic, employment, income, placement, or release result is guaranteed.

Website use

Academy materials, branding, curriculum, and website content may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially reused without written permission. Website information may be updated as programs evolve.
